I'm a writer, screenwriter, and literary editor working where speculative fiction, philosophy, metaphysics, and inner transformation meet. My books are layered worlds where art, magic, and the fight between light and dark run through each other. I write for people looking for depth, for meaning, and for a clear sight of their own nature.
What are my books about?
Philosophy and metaphysics. My characters chase the questions that matter: who are we, where does our power sit, and where is consciousness taking us? I mix lyricism with hard drama, and magic with real human emotion. Symbolism and mysticism: signs, archetypes, and enigmatic imagery as a route to hidden meaning. Characters with real interior drama, each of them walking a path of transformation and finding new sides of themselves. Music, painting, architecture, theater — all of it runs through the books as a portal into other dimensions.

Biography
Waking Up and Taking Shape
Svetlana Gruzdova was born on December 25, 1988, under the cold sky of the Leningrad Region. Like every real maker, she opened her conversation with the world before the world could impose its rules on her: her first poems were written down at six.
She grew up in Zelenogorsk, where behind the facade of an ordinary education (Schools No. 611 and No. 445) a fierce intellectual independence was forming. At seventeen, while her classmates were still choosing a direction, she had already finished her first Opus Magnum: a three-volume speculative novel running to a million characters. In the same years she took on the role of mentor and moderator in the literary community Avtora!!!, claiming her right to shape a literary conversation rather than just join it.
The Illusion and the Refusal
The years from 2006 to 2013 might be called the great mimicry. Svetlana earned an accounting qualification and enrolled in the economics faculty at St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics. But the actual shape of her talent demanded something else. In 2011 came an act of complete honesty: having passed her state examinations, she refused to defend her thesis. It was a deliberate renunciation of a social role assigned to her, made to keep something intact inside. She chose to walk away without the certificate and with the rest of herself undamaged.
A decade in insurance (2008-2018) became an experiment on people — what else was I going to do with it? They called her a seller of air, for her gift at presenting a product and closing large numbers. She was trusted with insuring St. Petersburg footballers, their property, their businesses, and their lives. As she moved into management, she took apart the machinery of human fear and human guarantees, and turned what she saw into her first corporate publications and long analytical pieces.
The Road to the Gods
2018 opened a new chapter: deep transformation and a step into public life. Through study at MGIMO and hands-on work as a literary editor, Svetlana moved from recording reality to designing it.
The geography of her life became a map of her spirit:
- Karelia (2022): she came into the power of the Northern Witch, where landscape and mystical experience fused into a single narrative.
- St. Petersburg (2023): the deliberate, total demolition of her personal life — giving up everything she held dear.
- Georgia (2022-2024): years of austerity and absolute focus in Tbilisi, which produced her most substantial work.
The bibliography of this period — Sveta in the World of Money (2023) and the prophetic novel Almost an Angel: Human Gods (2024) — amounts to a study in a new anthropology. She writes about the human being not as a hostage to circumstance but as a demiurge, obliged to take responsibility for their own spark.
Now: The Asian Turn
In 2025, with the print run of Almost an Angel and its triumphant launch in Asia, Svetlana Gruzdova settled firmly into the role of a model others follow. She isn't only a writer; she's an architect of meaning who uses shock content as an instrument for waking people up.
Today her work is a synthesis of PR, literature, and philosophy pointed at a single goal: helping a person see the god in themselves and stop being afraid of their own power.Sveta in the World of Money
